OUTPUT, SAVEDATA, And PLOT Commandswhere response.dat is the name of the file in which information abouteach response pattern is saved. If the working directory contains a fileof the same name, it will be overwritten. The data are saved using freeformat delimited by a space. Response pattern frequencies, factorscores, and posterior probabilities are saved as F10.3. Pattern values andmost likely class membership are saved as integers.MULTIPLIERThe MULTIPLIER option is used with the JACKKNIFE setting of theREPSE option to specify the name of the ASCII file in which themultiplier values are saved. Following is an example of how to specifythe MULTIPLIER option:MULTIPLIER IS multiplier.dat;where multiplier.dat is the name of the file in which the multiplier valuesare saved. If the working directory contains a file of the same name, itwill be overwritten. The values are saved as E15.8.TYPEThe TYPE option is used to specify the type of matrix to be saved. Itcan be used in conjunction with the SAMPLE and SIGB options tooverride the default. The default matrix for the SAMPLE option is thecovariance matrix for continuous outcomes, the correlation matrix forcategorical outcomes, and the correlation matrix for combinations ofcontinuous and categorical outcomes. The default matrix for the SIGBoption is the covariance matrix. If the default matrix is the covariancematrix, a correlation matrix can be requested by the following statement:TYPE = CORRELATION;SAVEThe SAVE option is used to save factor scores, posterior probabilitiesfor each class, and outliers along with the analysis and/or auxiliaryvariables.673
