OUTPUT, SAVEDATA, And PLOT Commandsobservation along with the other analysis variables. TheMAHALANOBIS option is available only for continuous outcomes. Itis not available for TYPE=MIXTURE, TWOLEVEL, RANDOM, EFA,and BASIC; for ESTIMATOR=WLS, WLSM, WLSMV, and ULS; forthe MONTECARLO command; and for the BOOTSTRAP option of theANALYSIS command. Following is an example of how this option isspecified:SAVE = MAHALANOBIS;LOGLIKELIHOODWhen SAVE=LOGLIKELIHOOD is used, the loglikelihoodcontribution from each observation is saved along with the other analysisvariables. The LOGLIKELIHOOD option is available only for themaximum likelihood estimators. It is not available for TYPE=EFA andBASIC, the MONTECARLO command, and the BOOTSTRAP optionof the ANALYSIS command. Following is an example of how thisoption is specified:SAVE = LOGLIKELIHOOD;INFLUENCEWhen SAVE=INFLUENCE is used, the loglikelihood distance influencemeasure (Cook & Weisberg, 1982) is saved for each observation alongwith the other analysis variables. This measure is an overall influencestatistic that computes the influence of an observation on the functionbeing optimized. This measure is also referred to as likelihooddisplacement for maximum likelihood estimators. An analogous fitfunction displacement is available for the weighted least squaresestimators. The INFLUENCE option is not available for TYPE=EFAand BASIC, the MONTECARLO command, and the BOOTSTRAPoption of the ANALYSIS command. The INFLUENCE option can becomputationally demanding because the model is re-estimated as manytimes as there are observations. Following is an example of how thisoption is specified:SAVE = INFLUENCE;675
