OUTPUT, SAVEDATA, And PLOT Commands• Scatterplots (sample values, estimated factor scores, estimated values)• Observed individual values• Estimated individual values• Estimated individual probability values• Estimated means and observed individual values• Estimated means and estimated individual values• Adjusted estimated means and observed individual values• Adjusted estimated means and estimated individual values• Estimated probabilities for a categorical latent variable as afunction of its covariatesPlots can be generated for the total sample, by group, by class, andadjusted for covariates.SERIESThe SERIES option is used to list the names of the set of variables to beused in plots where the values are connected by a line. The x-axis valuesfor each variable must also be given. For growth models, the set ofvariables is the repeated measures of the outcome over time, and the x-axis values are the time scores in the growth model. For other models, the set of variables reflects an ordering of the observed variables in theplot. Non-series plots such as histograms and scatterplots are availablefor all analyses.Values for the x axis can be given in three ways: by putting the x-axisvalues in parentheses following each variable in the series; by using anasterisk (*) in parentheses to request integer values starting with 0 andincreasing by 1; and for growth models, by putting the name of the slopegrowth factor in parentheses following each outcome or a list of theoutcomes to request time score values.Following is an example of putting the x-axis values in parenthesesfollowing each outcome:SERIES = y1 (0) y2 (1) y3 (2) y4 (3);where the x-axis value for y1 is 0, for y2 is 1, for y3 is 2, and for y4 is 3.681
