CCTNS Functional & Technical Specificationsk. As part of the project management activities, the SI shall also undertake:i. Issue Management to identify and track the issues that needsattention and resolution from the State.ii. Scope Management to manage the scope and changes through aformal management and approval processiii. Risk Management to identify and manage the risks that can hinderthe project progressThe Project plan prepared by the SI would be reviewed by the Governance Structure in theState and approved by the Committee on the advice of the State Mission Team and StateProject Management Unit.The SI would update and maintain the Project Plan throughout the duration of theengagement. All changes are to be reviewed and approved by the CAS Core Group.Requirements Traceability MatrixThe SI would ensure that developed solution is fully compliant with the requirements andspecifications provided in the RFP such as functional, non-functional and technicalrequirements. For ensuring this, the SI shall prepare a Requirement Traceability Matrix onthe basis of Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), Non Functional RequirementsSpecification, and Technical Requirements provided by State (updated, expanded and finetunedby the SI as necessary) and the System Requirements Specifications (SRS) prepared bythe SI. This matrix would keep track of the requirements and trace their compliance throughdifferent stages of theproject including software design, coding, unit testing and acceptance testing. TheRequirements Traceability Matrix would be a live document throughout the project, with theSI team updating the matrix at every stage to reflect the meeting of each specification atevery stage.Through the duration of the project, the State Mission Team will periodically review theTraceability Matrix.
