CCTNS Functional & Technical SpecificationsOnce this process is complete, the corrected data will be re-entered in the system and therecords for which disputes have not been resolved will be flagged in the system so that thiswill not be bottleneck in the system going live. However, SI shall seek approval for flaggingsuch data and point out the same during workshops. In case approval is not provided byAssam Police on the unresolved data entry, the same shall be counted for penaltycalculations. Beyond this exercise, SI should be responsible for correcting the data entryfound erroneous by the Department or its designated representatives at no additional cost tothe Department. Assam Police may at its discretion levy penalties for erroneous data entry asper penalty terms defined in the Service Level Agreement.8.8 MIGRATION OF CIPA AND CCIS POLICE STATIONS / HIGHER OFFICES TOCCTNSThe SI is also responsible for migrating the Police Stations and Higher Offices currentlyoperational on CIPA and CCIS to CCTNS as part of the CCTNS implementation in the State.SI shall validate the data in the CIPA systems and migrate the data to CCTNS.CIPA at a Glance in the State:1. Year of Starting: CIPA started in the year 2007 in ASSAM2. Districts and no of PS covered: Implemented in 3 (three) Districts covering 24 PS(1) Guwahati City: 11 P.S. (2) Kamrup: 7 P.S.
