BSNL shall be providing the Networking & Connectivity services along withOperations & Maintenance for all the locations implemented by BSNL in the State. BSNLshall also provide connectivity on MPLS VPN network for aggregated bandwidth at SDC forthe locations connected on VPNoBB, WiMax and VSAT network and also provideconnectivity for SDCs at SHQs to the <strong>National</strong> Data Centre of NCRB. Further BSNL shallprovide MPLS VPN network for connecting SDC and DRC of the State.Scope of work for BSNL : The details of scope of work of BSNL are as under:a) Provisioning of 2Mbps Point to Point Lease Line (P2PLL) for locations to beconnected with the nearest SWAN POP.b) Provisioning of WAN connectivity on VPNoBB/WiMax/VSAT for locations whichare not feasible to be connected directly with the SWAN on P2PLL.
