CCTNS Functional & Technical Specifications• SI shall utilize existing channels of communication and at the same time useinnovative methods of communication for effectiveness• SI should ensure that the communication messages are consistent,continuous and easy to understand and wherever possible in vernacularmedium using all available channels• The SI shall conduct Communications & Awareness Campaigns for eachTechnology Solution offered in CAS (State) being implemented throughvarious means – Print, Electronic, Face to Face, Audio/Visual etc.• SI shall align communication content, timing and delivery to the deploymentphases/plan of each solution.Change Management WorkshopsSI shall conduct Change Management workshops build appreciation of change managementand develop change leadership across the stakeholder groups. SI shall define the requirementsbased on the detailed analysis and design the necessary content (reading material,presentations) in English, Hindi, and Local Language (if different) for the ChangeManagement Workshops. SI shall conduct at least three Change Management Workshops(minimum of one-day) in the State Headquarters and at least one Change ManagementWorkshop (minimum of one-day) all of theDistricts (at the District Headquarters) covering at least 3 officers/constables (SHO,SI/ASI/HC, and Station Writer) from each police station in the district.The SI is required to conduct the Change Management Workshops for all the identifiedPolice personnel in a phased manner in line with the overall implementation plan. Theseworkshops shall be conducted at the locations provided by the State. The workshop content &material shall be designed with specific focus on the requirements of the personnel. SI shallconduct workshops for each group of personnel in sync with the training plan and as part ofthe training module. SI is required to provide the necessary material for the workshopsincluding presentations, training material etc in both soft and hard copy formats.Assam Police Page 166
