Penalties applicable for each of the low severity violations is half percentage(0.5%) of respective half yearly payment to the SI.vi.Penalties applicable for not meeting a high (H) critical performance target intwo consecutive half years on same criteria shall result in additional deductionof 5% of the respective half yearly payment to the SI.
