CCTNS Functional & Technical Specifications4 MeasureEffectivenessof Communicationand Update ChangeManagement Plan• After implementing thecommunications program, SI shallseek feedback on and measure theimpact of the communicationsprogram.• SI shall evaluate the effectiveness ofthe communication by electronic orpaper based survey or focused groupdiscussion and develop an action planto improve the effectiveness ofcommunication• SI shall refresh the ChangeManagement Plan in consultation withState’s Nodal Agency’s ChangeManagement Plan• Through feedback, SI shall assesswhich messages have been deliveredmost clearly; which vehicles are mosteffective; and whether the appropriatetarget audiences have been identified.Based on such assessment, SI shallupdate the communication strategy &plan and shall ensure that objectivesof communication program areensured, which further should lead tosuccessful uptake of system.Once in a Six MonthOther Requirements:• SI shall work with the identified internal change agents (identified from theDistrict and State Mission Teams) for all the Communication and AwarenessProgramsAssam Police Page 165
