PerformancePerformance is another key requirement for system and agency shall review the performanceof the deployed solution against certain key parameters defined in SLA described in this RFPand/or agreement between STATE and SI. Such parameters include request-response time,work-flow processing time, concurrent sessions supported by the system, Time for recoveryfrom failure, Disaster Recovery drill etc. The performance review also includes verificationof scalability provisioned in the system for catering to the requirements of application volumegrowth in future.5. AvailabilityThe system should be designed to remove all single point failures. Appropriate redundancyshall be built into all the critical components to provide the ability to recover from failures.The agency shall perform various tests including network, server, security, DC/DR fail-overtests to verify the availability of the services in case of component/location failures. Theagency shall also verify the availability of services to all the users in the defined locations.6. Manageability ReviewThe agency shall verify the manageability of the system and its supporting infrastructuredeployed using the Enterprise Management System (EMS) proposed by the SI. Themanageability requirements such as remote monitoring, administration, configuration,inventory management, fault identification etc. shall have to be tested out.Assam Police Page 179
