CCTNS Functional & Technical SpecificationsSetup of Technical Environment at State HeadquartersThe SI shall procure, setup and maintain the required software and the infrastructure forsystems testing, functional testing and User Acceptance Testing; and training activities withinState Headquarter premises; and for any other activities that may be carried out of StateHeadquarter premises such as issue management (Issue Tracker), document repository(configuration management tool), etc.Regression, Integration, System and Functional TestingAfter successful unit testing of all components, the SI would conduct full-fledged integrationtesting, system testing and functional testing in accordance with the approved Test Plans forthe configured/customized CAS (State), additional functionalities and also integration withCAS (Center) and external agencies. This would include exhaustive testing includingfunctional testing, performance testing (including load and stress), scalability testing andsecurity testing. Functional testing will be led by the SI‘s experts.A thorough regression testing should be conducted for those functionalities identified inChange/Reference document to provide a general assurance that no additional errors havecropped up in the process of addressing the customizations and/or Extensions. CustomizedCAS (State) Integrations with CAS (Center) and with any external agencies should bethoroughly tested.Making all necessary arrangements for testing including the preparation of test data, scripts ifnecessary and setup of test environment (across multiple platforms) shall be the responsibilityof the SI.The SI along with State Mission Team/ SPMU should take the responsibility in coordinatingwith NCRB and other external agencies for a smooth integration.Test ReportsThe SI shall create test reports from testing activities and submit to State MissionTeam/SPMU for validation.Assam Police Page 129
