The "Administer patient data..." dialog box opens.The "Administer patient data..." dialog box primarily contains a list of all patients.First name, last name, date of birth and card index numberIt shows the patient’s first name, last name, date of birth and card index number.SearchYou can sort the entries by clicking the column header.With the help of the "Search" text box, you can make the list more clear andconcise by entering a last name, first name or initial letter.ExampleIf you enter the letter "c" in the "Search" text box, a list of all patients whoselast name, first name or card index number contains the letter "c" is displayed.5.7.1.6.1 Creating a new patientDatabase connectionIf the database connection is used, the "Name", "First name", "Date of birth"must be specified; specification of the "Card-index no." is optional.Instructions1. Click the button marked "New". A dialog box is displayed.2. Enter the patient's "Name", "First name", "Date of birth" and "Card-indexno.".NOTICEInserting an imageUsing the "Image" button, you can assign an image (a photo) to each patient.3.
