Emphasisis placed on gaining an awareness ofconnections between disciplinary contentknowledge about teaching and learningin early childhood. This course willprovide students with the opportunity toexplore career options for serving youngchildren and families. Thirty hours of fieldexperience in early childhood settings isrequired.
