Operationalizesthe role of the nurse manager as leaderand change agent in the delivery of careto patient groups and communities withincomplex and diverse health care settings.NRS 488 PREPARATION FORPROFESSIONAL NURSINGLICENSURE (2)Two hours lecture per weekPrerequisites: NRS 222 and NRS 223Corequisites: NRS 420, NRS 421Reviews the essentials of assessment,nursing diagnosis, goal setting,implementation and evaluation in multiplehealth deviations and across the life span.Assessment of the student’s basic nursingknowledge will be performed using astandardized nursing examination.
