CHAPTER 2AIRPORT LAND USE COMMISSION POLICIESand all relevant information provided in connection with a Part 77 submittal. Whenavailable, a digital version of the drawings shall be provided on a CD-ROM along with thepaper version.(g) Identification of any features that would increase the attraction of birds or cause otherwildlife hazards to aircraft operations on the <strong>Airport</strong> or in its environs.(h) Identification of any characteristics that could create electrical interference, confusing orbright lights, glare, smoke, or other electrical or visual hazards to aircraft flight.(i) Any draft or final environmental document (initial study, negative declaration, mitigatednegative declaration, environmental assessment, environmental impact statement, orenvironmental impact report) that has been prepared for the project.(j) Any staff reports regarding the project that may have been presented to local agencydecision makers.(k) Any project submittal information and final airspace determination that has been obtainedfrom the FAA in accordance with Part 77.(l) Other relevant information that the ALUC determines to be necessary to enable acomprehensive review of the project.(m) The project submittal information also shall include applicable review fees, as establishedby the ALUC (Pub. Util. Code §21671.5(f)).(n) The documents submitted to the ALUC (or to the ALUC staff) shall not exceed 24 x 36inches.2.7.3 Public Input: Where applicable the ALUC shall provide public notice and obtain public input inaccordance with Public Utilities Code section 21675.2(d) before acting on any proposed projectunder consideration.2.8 REVIEW PROCESS FOR GENERAL PLANS, SPECIFIC PLANS,ZONING ORDINANCES, AND BUILDING REGULATIONS2.8.1 Initial ALUC Review of General <strong>Plan</strong> Consistency: Along with the adoption or amendment ofthis <strong>Compatibility</strong> <strong>Plan</strong>, the ALUC shall review the general plans of affected local agencies todetermine their consistency with this <strong>Compatibility</strong> <strong>Plan</strong>.2–16<strong>Brown</strong> <strong>Field</strong> <strong>Municipal</strong> <strong>Airport</strong> <strong>Land</strong> <strong>Use</strong> <strong>Compatibility</strong> <strong>Plan</strong>January 25, 2010 Amended December 20, 2010
