In a specimen from the Philippines {Caminf/) thatI refer to C. mdunuchirns, in the Eritish Museum, the hands of thechelipcdes in the male are much more robust, and the merus andtwo following joints of the ambulatory legs strongly spinulose, notonly on the outer margins, but also on the posterior surface. Frommost of the other species of this genns it is distinguished either bythe different coloration of the hands (fig. a) and the form of theantcro-lateral marginal teeth, or the absence of spinules on theambulatory legs.Cldorodopsis areolntus (Milne-Edwards), a species originally describedfrom New Holland, and referred to in the second part ofthis Eeport, is easily distinguishable by the form of the frontal lobesand antero-lateralmare;inal teeth.49.
