Designing with NevoStudio Pro Working with Buttons
You can easily track the actions assigned to buttons using Show Key Status
and Show Key Tooltips.
Installer Tip: These tooltips can be toggled on or off at any time.
• Click View|Show Key Status to display an icon of the type of action
assigned to a button or key.
Button with IR
assignment
• Click View|Show Key Tooltips to display a tooltip when you hover the
mouse over a key. The tooltip will show the detail of the actions assigned
to the button or hard key.
The key options are as follows:
Icon Name Indicates...
Single send
command
A single send command. In learning mode, this
indicates the IR command came from the database.
Learned IR A learned IR command. Available only while in
learning mode.
Jump A single jump command.
Function key with
no IR assignment
Key tooltip
Macro At least two actions in the Actions panel, or for
global macros, If/Then, and toggle.
