Updating Nevo Software Installing and Updating Nevo Software Updating Nevo Software CAUTION:Be sure to update all installations of NevoStudio Pro and any Nevo controllers when you update (see “Updating Nevo Software” on page 8 for details on Nevo software update process). Having multiple versions on the same network will cause configuration difficulties and make NevoLink devices unusable. Click Help|About NevoStudio Pro for information on the version of NevoStudio Pro that is currently installed and versions of NevoStudio Pro, Nevo controller, and NevoConnect updates that are available. Updating NevoStudio Pro Universal Electronics will release updated software from time to time. If NevoStudio Pro has been registered and there is a valid internet connection, NevoStudio Pro will check for updated versions each time it is launched. In addition, the registration wizard can check for an updated version of NevoStudio Pro on the Finish page (this setting is enabled by default). In addition to these two automatic checks, you can check for updates manually by clicking Help|Check for NevoStudio Pro Updates. Follow the instructions on-screen to install the updated software, if it is available. When the update finishes installing, follow the instructions under “Step Three: Register NevoStudio Pro Online” on page 4 to re-register the new version using your existing installer account.
