4. Press Define UC.
5. Press the program button on the device you are adding as the Static
Update Controller (UC).
Installer Tip: You must press the program button within 30 seconds of
pressing Define UC, or the node will not be added.
Installer Tip: If the Static Update Controller is not defined properly, make
sure it is within 5 inches of the Primary Controller and press Try
Again.
Step 2 Option E: Factory Reset
1. Start the On-Device Ecosystem Setup Wizard on a Primary Controller
and select Factory Reset.
WARNING: This action will reset the device to its unconfigured state
and remove it from the Z-Wave network. The device will be
unable to communicate on the current Z-Wave network.
