Configuring Nevo S70 for IP-Based Networking
Nevo supports the following network-enabled features:
• NevoStudio Pro supports the following network functions:
• Remote update functions through NevoXpress Wireless Download if
Nevo S70 is WiFi enabled and connected to the internet at the endusers’
house.
• Connecting to www.mynevo.com for access to the newest device code
database using model based setup and to download extended device
functions.
• Programming of the following functions if NevoS70 is connected to the
computer using WiFi:
• Download configuration to Nevo S70
• Restore configuration from Nevo S70
• Add Device Wizard (Learn IR Functions) using Nevo S70
• Let NevoS70 identify the correct device code ( in brand/type
selection of Add Device Wizard)
• Learn IR Functions
• SimpleCenter installed on computers in your client’s home to serve or
render (play) digital content stored on their computer and on external
attached hard disk drives or network drives.
In addition to the included SimpleCenter products your clients may have
UPnP-compliant media servers and players from other manufacturers in
this environment. The media server and media player devices are most
often connected to the network via direct Ethernet connection (to improve
network performance).
