This Nevo S70 ’s friendly name now appears in the NevoStudio Pro status bar at the bottom of the window: NevoSL with friendly name Managing Nevo Device Connections Once a Nevo is identified to NevoStudio Pro on a particular computer via your network, it remains on the list of identified devices. Working with Nevo Wireless Programming of Nevo S70 Installer Tip: The list of Nevo S70 device connections is stored in C:\Program Files\Nevo\NevoStudio Pro\MacFriendlyNames.xml (in the folder where NevoStudio Pro was installed). Using WiFi You may want to back up this list and manage a shorter list of Nevos currently being configured. You can use Nevo S70 ’s built-in WiFi capability to download configurations from a WiFi-enabled NevoStudio Pro computer to Nevo. Installer Tip: Nevo Q50 is not WiFi-enabled, and cannot use WiFi to download configurations. Refer to the instructions to download “Using the USB Cable” on page 134. Installer Tip: Be sure your network recognizes NevoS70 before you try to download using WiFi. See “Chapter 8: Configuring Nevo S70 for IP- Based Networking” on page 153 for details on how to configure Nevo S70 networking features. 1.
