PPreface
NevoStudio Pro provides the tools you need to create, save, test, and download
Nevo configuration files. You can use NevoStudio Pro to completely customize
your customer’s Nevo experience. A Nevo installation can be as simple or as
complex as you want. You can group devices and commands by person, activity,
room, or type. You can include or omit device features, based on how your user
operates home entertainment devices.
Different people approach home control in different ways. With NevoStudio
Pro, you can create exactly the user interface that works best for your client.
If you are designing a traditional IR-controlled system, NevoStudio Pro’s builtin
device templates are ready to download to a Nevo controller and use within
minutes. You can even use NevoStudio’s predefined templates and themes to
make designing that much more efficient.
NevoStudio Pro’s flexibility means you can create a home control experience for
your clients that will surprise and delight them. NevoStudio Pro’s easy-to-use
suite of software tools and walk-through wizards mean you can quickly and
efficiently create a design environment that is flexible and effective.
Who Should Read This Manual?
This manual is intended for you, the installer/integrator. It provides step-bystep
instructions to all the features in NevoStudio Pro. It assumes you are
already familiar with configuring IR remote controls and with basic Windows
operation.
