Klimmer sollte man auf keinen
Fall verpassen. Zu Mittag verwöhnt
die Küchenbrigade mit
traditionellen heimischen
Gerichten und abends stehen
neun raffinierte Fonduekreationen
mit hausgemachten
Saucen und einem Raclette
der Extraklasse zur Auswahl.
Neben Klassikern wie Bourguignonne
oder Chinoise sollte
man unbedingt die asiatischverfeinerte
Variante oder das
exklusive Fondue Royal mit
hauchdünnem Wagyurind
probieren. Etwas Besonderes
ist auch das Bio-Käsefondue,
bei dem komplett auf Alkohol
verzichtet wird und trotz allem
ist der Geschmack intensiver
denn je.
Die Stube at Hotel Arlberg has
become quite the institution in
Lech; so much so, that visiting
its host, Christof Klimmer, is a
must. At lunchtime, the kitchen
team spoils guests to local
delicacies and in the evenings
you’ll find nine different fondue
creations to choose from, complete
with home-made sauces
or enjoy a mouth-watering
raclette. Aside from classics
like bourguignonne or chinoise,
the Asian-style fondue or the
exclusive Fondue Royal with
thinly sliced Wagyu beef are
definitely worth trying.
Another specialty is the organic
cheese fondue, that is made
completely without alcohol
however full of taste.
