The railway route is charged according to its capacity utilizati<strong>on</strong>, with regard to operati<strong>on</strong> of slow<br />

trains (speed up to 50 km/h), which may c<strong>on</strong>siderably lower <strong>the</strong> capacity of a railway route.<br />
