In 2009, the total volume of goods managed by Czech river transporters from/to Hamburg was:
- 209.952 tons in export,
- 71.102 tons in import.
Unfortunately, the participants are not willing to provide classification of commodities
transported in Hamburg and therefore, it is not available.
2.5.2.2 Bremerhaven
According to the volume of reloaded goods, the port of Bremerhaven occupies 2 nd position in
Germany and 4 th in Europe. It is located directly in the estuary of the Weser river and the
Mittelandkanal near the Minden city.
