leukocytes in <str<strong>on</strong>g>the</str<strong>on</strong>g> blood samples or perhaps <str<strong>on</strong>g>the</str<strong>on</strong>g> fluctuati<strong>on</strong>s are higher when using a complex<br />

antigen mixture such as PPDj compared to well-defined antigens. The variati<strong>on</strong> in IFN-�<br />

resp<strong>on</strong>ses to <str<strong>on</strong>g>the</str<strong>on</strong>g>se novel antigens remains to be fur<str<strong>on</strong>g>the</str<strong>on</strong>g>r investigated and <str<strong>on</strong>g>the</str<strong>on</strong>g> applicati<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> a dayold<br />

protocol using o<str<strong>on</strong>g>the</str<strong>on</strong>g>r antigens needs to be fur<str<strong>on</strong>g>the</str<strong>on</strong>g>r explored<br />
