There.is.some.evidence.that.perinatal.exposure.to.<br />
bisphenol.A.in.rodents.may.alter.prostate.gl<strong>and</strong>.<br />
<strong>and</strong>.urinary.tract.development.<strong>and</strong>.predispose.<strong>the</strong>.<br />
prostate.to.develop.horm<strong>on</strong>ally-induced.pre-neoplastic.lesi<strong>on</strong>s.later.in.life..The.evidence.is.not.<br />
sufficient.to.c<strong>on</strong>clude.that.bisphenol.A.is.a.rodent.<br />
prostate.gl<strong>and</strong>.carcinogen.or.that.bisphenol.A.<br />
presents.a.prostate.cancer.hazard.to.humans.<br />
In.mice,.exposure.of.pregnant.dams.to.bisphenol.A.at.an.oral.dose.of.0.010.mg/kg.bw/day.<br />

urinary. tract. deformati<strong>on</strong>. where. <strong>the</strong>. urethra.<br />
narrows.near.<strong>the</strong>.neck.of.<strong>the</strong>.bladder,.an.effect.<br />
