− Prévention et traitement de la thrombose
veineuse profonde, à la place de
l’héparine, en cas (d’antécédents) de
thrombopénie due à l’héparine.
Effets indésirables
− Hémorragie.
− Thrombopénie (rare).
− Augmentation des enzymes hépatiques.
− Eruptions cutanées.
Précautions particulières
− Diminution de la dose en cas d’insuffisance
rénale.
