9. Divi<strong>de</strong>n<strong>de</strong>s versés et proposés<br />
Comptes annuels consolidés<br />
Le 11 mai <strong>2007</strong>, l’Assemblée générale annuelle a approuvé la distribution d’un divi<strong>de</strong>n<strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong> CHF 0.70 par action nominative et<br />
CHF 3.50 par action au porteur. La distribution aux détenteurs d’actions en circulation a représenté un montant total <strong>de</strong> CHF 192 mio<br />
(2006: CHF 140 mio) et a été comptabilisée en <strong>2007</strong> en diminution <strong>de</strong>s résultats accumulés.<br />
Lors <strong>de</strong> l’Assemblée générale annuelle du 21 mai 2008, il sera proposé <strong>de</strong> verser, au titre <strong>de</strong> l’exercice <strong>2007</strong>, le divi<strong>de</strong>n<strong>de</strong><br />
