Le botteghe storiche della nostra regione rappresentano
una testimonianza e un esempio.
Una testimonianza delle stagioni che hanno
attraversato e un esempio di tenacia imprenditoriale
e di attaccamento al territorio. Nella fase di
recessione che stiamo vivendo queste aziende trasmettono
un messaggio positivo al mondo economico
perché dimostrano, con la loro longevità,
che ai periodi di crisi si può resistere mettendo in
campo spirito di adattamento e creatività. Per
questo Blue Liguria ha deciso di metterle in vetrina
e di raccontare un po’ le loro storie. In questo
numero ne abbiamo scelte alcune per ogni provincia
tenendo conto della loro anzianità (certe
botteghe hanno aperto i battenti nel XVII° e nel
XVIII° secolo) ma anche dei generi commerciali
che trattano. Avvicinandosi le feste di Natale, abbiamo
infatti privilegiato aziende come le gioiellerie
che più si caratterizzano per l’offerta di articoli
da regalo. I servizi che proponiamo fanno
conoscere artigiani di valore che disegnano bracciali
e collier e li espongono in vetrine d’epoca di
rara bellezza. Ma anche molte pasticcerie con i loro
segreti e le loro specialità, a Levante come a
Ponente, hanno parecchio da raccontare: del passato
e del presente.
Questa prima carrellata sulle botteghe ultracentenarie
passa in rassegna testimonianze commerciali
dei settori più disparati: dall’agroalimentare
e dai preziosi all’arredo, dall’abbigliamento alle
ceramiche, e persino agli articoli di ferramenta
che rappresentano una solida tradizione nella nostra
regione. Nei prossimi numeri racconteremo
altre storie e faremo conoscere altri esempi di perseveranza
e capacità.
The historic shops of our region are a
testimonial and an example. They are a
testimonial to the seasons which they have
crossed, and an example of the tenacity held by
these entrepreneurs both to their enterprise
and to their land. In the present grave
economic climate, these companies send us a
message, a positive message.
They have survived other periods of crisis, and
their longevity shows that one can resist by
developing a spirit of adaption and creation.
This is why Blue Liguria has decided to
showcase these companies and tell their story.
But this is just the first episode.
We have chosen some for each province,
using parameters such as their age (some
shops opened their doors in the XVII and XVIII
century) but also the merchandise that they
sell.
As Christmas approaches, we have given
priority to shops like jewelry shops and pastry
shops which can offer gift ideas across Liguria
from the east to the west.
This first “cartful” of over-a-hundred-year-old
shops also offers commercial testimony from
the most disparate sectors – from food and
agriculture to furniture, from apparel to
ceramics and even hardware stores.
In the next issue we will tell other stories, and
let our readers at Blue learn about other
examples in perseverance and ability.
