Definitie
Graad 1 10-15 Ronde, uniforme kernen, diameter ± 10 µm, met kleine of afwezige
nucleoli.
Graad 2 35-55 Gering irregulaire contouren van de kern, diameter ± 15 µm,
nucleoli zichtbaar bij 400x.
Graad 3 25-35 Matig tot sterk irregulaire kerncontouren, diameter ± 20 µm, met
grote nucleoli zichtbaar bij 100x.
Graad 4 5-15 Als graad 3, maar ook multilobulaire of bizarre polymorfe kernen
met irregulair chromatine.
