Secondly I would hope that we are going to have investors who are being encouraged to come into this country, let have a<br />
situation where the investors come in they do not pay tax for the things which they are doing here.<br />
And then thirdly I would also hope that we are going to have people who have large tracts of land paying tax. If you have land<br />
