Electoral Commission: Chairman of the Electoral Commission and Commissioners must be Graduates. They must be people of<br />
clean record honest and transparent in all aspects. Must be forty years and above. Must be selected by Parliament or the<br />
Commission of the Professionals formed by the Parliament.<br />
Creation of Constituencies: Constituencies must be determined by the total number of people who should be at least twenty<br />
thousand. A Ward should have at least two thousand five hundred people.<br />
Political Parties: Kenya should have at least three political parties to be sponsored by the State. Parties should have clear<br />
vision and democratic in nature. All parties should be treated equally by the State especially be given the opportunity and<br />
resources to sell their individual or party policies.<br />
Gender equality: Boys and Girls be given equal treatment in the distribution of resources and opportunities of employment and<br />
education. Conducive environment for learning and development must be created for them. Men and women be educated to<br />
become better and excellent men and women. They should have a conducive environment in their place of work and home.<br />
Equality for men and women should be determined by freedom to complete in the contribution do what the development and<br />
growth.<br />

Mr. Jeremiah Kirui Cheruiyot : Yeah. Lastly, people with disabilities: The Government and State has the responsibility<br />
not only to protect the disabled but equally to provide for their basic needs such as food shelter and provide for health. The<br />
State should provide social amenities such as education, medication, and recreational facilities for them.<br />
Last on issues of public health: The State should revert to the original method of supplying all the essential drugs and medical<br />
aids to hospitals, health centres and shop? health centres and those who are suffering from terminally ill diseases such as Aids<br />
must be treated free.<br />
