Mr. Patrick Wekesa : Okay One, the President should be prosecuted by the courts whenever he volates the rule of law<br />
so as to avoid the matter of being above the law of the land.<br />
Two, in order to maintain the law of separation of powers the Executive, Parliament and Judiciary branches should not interfere<br />
with one another.<br />
Three, the member of Parliament who does not visit his / her constituency or goes against his / her electorates wishes should be<br />
rejected and his / her seat declared by the Speaker.<br />
