System of Government: I propose a Federal type of Government in terms of management of Government we should have<br />
separation of powers. That is Executive Judiciary and Legislature must be given separate roles and duties and functions and<br />
each be independent.<br />
Powers of the President: Be reduced also and members of Judiciary like Chief Justice be proposed by the Parliament.<br />
Public service: I also propose that recruitment exercise be given issues on merit not people be given chances because you are<br />
somebody known by a boss or someone.<br />
In terms of marginalized groups: I also propose that full rights of citizenship be given to minority groups like Okieth? we also<br />
have women be given their rights. Children and the disabled.<br />
Citizenship: Also is very important and every citizen must be given medical services with free education and also employment<br />
even political freedom be given to every citizen.<br />
In terms of Policy making: Citizens must also be given rights to determine major policies like even salaries of the<br />
