Talking about Local Government: I say that County Councils be given powers to determine affairs like financial and social.
Mayors and Chairmen of Municipals, Cities and County Councils be elected directly not by Councillors or appointment.
Resource Management: We also have land and natural resources which have been misused in some way or another. So I
propose that County Councils play a minor role in alLocation of land. People of that particular Location or locality where we
have resources like land or minerals be given a chance to determine the share or utility of those resources. Minerals which are
also mined from a particular area be taxed so that they are utilized by the people from that locality.
Corruption Issues: Abuse of office must be tackled seriously. In terms of handling corrupt cases an Anti-Corruption body
should be established and be given powers to investigate and actually determine judgment of such corrupt persons.
Ombudsman: Office of the Ombudsman be established to help the public in routing out corruption.
A court should be also established so that it can help the poor, the court which will not be charging any amount in the way of
fees to help the poor, in interpretation of law and also in following up cases. Handing penalties should also be maintained on
serious criminal cases, like murder.
Lastly I propose that the Youth be given chances in terms of management of offices in public services and in any other area.

Peopled participation in Public Affairs: People at home should be the ones to discuss about their affairs and salaries or their Mp
’s.
