involved in setting out priorities and speaking out on issues of national concern. They are also involved in the protection of<br />

Human Rights and advocating Government policy and more so legislative changes which are compatible to society. I wish to<br />

highlight the following. This civil society organization whatever they are doing or activities should be entrenched in the<br />

Constitution. The State should conduct an audit of all these organizations and supervise their operations by the law of service.<br />

There are some similar organizations who operate in this country under the pretext of Ngo’s and they also chip in to do some<br />

shady deals on the pretext that they working for the Government. Let me highlight the [?] Certain organizations have taken<br />

advantage if these Ngo’s to start devil worship and cults in the country...<br />

the orphans. [?] and the mentally sick. Rehabilitated should not be set up for them. the Government should start a fund in a bid<br />

to employ these people employ They should also be recognised as part of human beings. They should also be engaged in<br />

income generating projects which are which are very viable. And lastly as I have told you the Women’s activities should<br />

entrenched in the Constitution and an office or Ministry should be set up for them. Thank you and welcome.<br />
