m <strong>Safe</strong> Refuge Area (SRA). The SRA is located in the Warm<br />

Zone <strong>and</strong> used to assemble survivors <strong>and</strong> witnesses that are<br />

not injured <strong>and</strong> will require minimal medical attention <strong>and</strong><br />

decontamination. Law en<strong>for</strong>cement <strong>and</strong> FBI agents can<br />

conduct interviews <strong>and</strong> gather evidence at the SRA.<br />

Evidence collection can occur in any of the three zones as shown<br />

in Figure 1-19.<br />
