probati<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g>ficer review <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> residence, employment, payments <strong>on</strong><br />

fines/costs/restituti<strong>on</strong>, and compliance with other c<strong>on</strong>diti<strong>on</strong>s.<br />

Teleph<strong>on</strong>e reporting: Scheduled teleph<strong>on</strong>e report every six m<strong>on</strong>ths, occurring<br />

approximately midway between <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g>fice visits. C<strong>on</strong>tact focused <strong>on</strong> c<strong>on</strong>firmati<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g><br />

details described above. Clients not restricted from initiating teleph<strong>on</strong>e c<strong>on</strong>tact.<br />

Drug testing: Only administered if required by court order. Probati<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g>ficer will<br />

order a FIR evaluati<strong>on</strong> after no more than three positive urine tests, and is free to refer<br />

<str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g>fender to drug treatment if the <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g>fender requests it.<br />

<br />

Missed c<strong>on</strong>tacts: Arrest warrants issued if no case c<strong>on</strong>tact for six m<strong>on</strong>ths. If the<br />

<str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g>fender surrenders positively, the warrant may be removed with no criminal<br />

sancti<strong>on</strong>.<br />
