A.1 ACM Asbestos Containing Material<br />
A.2 Alternate Fueled Vehicles Vehicles designed to operate on fuels other than gasoline,<br />
such as propane, natural gas, and ethanol. JSC is required<br />
to reduce our annual petroleum consumption by at least 20%<br />
by end of FY 2005 under Executive Order 13149. In addition,<br />
75% of light-duty vehicle acquisitions shall be AFVs to meet<br />
the Energy Policy Act of 1992 (EPAct).<br />
A.3 BMP Best Management Practice; Measures taken related to<br />
specific activities or processes which employees are required<br />
to follow in order to achieve compliance or pollution<br />
prevention (generally related to storm water pollution<br />
prevention).<br />
A.4 CATEX Categorical Exclusion<br />
A.5 Comprehensive Procurement The Environmental Protection Agency’s list of designated<br />

and emission monitoring equipment.<br />
A.11 Emission Source Equipment Equipment that generates an air vent or emission such as a<br />
boiler, cooling tower, fueled generator, painting, sandblasting<br />
or wood cutting operations<br />
