(1) The types of activities covered by the SECP;<br />
(2) The combined calculated disturbed area in acres;<br />
(3) How controls will be selected to ensure effectiveness;<br />
(4) How controls will be installed, inspected, maintained and documented;<br />
(5) The name and phone number of an individual who will be responsible for ensuring that<br />
SECP requirements are implemented and monitored; and<br />
(6) The start and proposed end date of the SECP.<br />
d. The responsible Organization/Contractor shall submit a revised plan if any item in 3, above,<br />
changes or if the selected controls are not effective.<br />
e. The Organization/Contractor responsible for conducting the activities in the SECP shall<br />
maintain a copy of the SECP and documentation showing that all requirements were followed<br />
during the activities.<br />
f. The responsible Organization/Contractor shall maintain these records for at least three years<br />
from completion of the activity.<br />
g. Each standard SECP shall be approved for a period of one year, unless another period is<br />
specifically identified in the SECP and approved by the EO.<br />
6.3.13 JSC and EF Storm Water Pollution Prevention Teams (SWPPTs)<br />
a. Each SWPPT team shall be responsible for the following at their facility:<br />
(1) Setting storm water pollution prevention goals;<br />
(2) Evaluating existing conditions;<br />
(3) Developing BMPs relating to certain industrial activities;<br />
(4) Ensuring that required inspections are conducted;<br />
(5) Reviewing the results of sampling events, periodic monitoring, quarterly visual inspections<br />
and annual comprehensive compliance evaluations to assess compliance with the Multi-Sector<br />
Industrial General Permit for Storm Water and the JSC and EF SWPPPs;<br />
(6) Determining the effectiveness of each SWPPP to reduce the exposure of pollutants to<br />
storm water runoff; and<br />
(7) Revising the Plan when it is found ineffective or inaccurate in accordance with the general<br />
permit.<br />
6.4 Responsibilities<br />
