On arriving at Bombay, we heard that the " Star" had captured many more slavers, and taken about three hundred hberated Africans to Aden, but some doubts were raised in the Indian Court there, as to whether they were domestic slaves, and whether it was not wronging the poor Arabs, to prevent their taking them to the northern markets, and, further, there appeared to be an inclination to give these poor Arabs the benefit of such doubts, and allow them to retain their slaves. I should prefer giving the benefit of any doubt to the slaves, and if either of them are to be abandoned to slavery, why not let the negroes take the Arab back to his country and sell him, as he might in some parts of it possibly, such as the interior of the Galla and Somauli country ?
