Storefronts <strong>and</strong> windows shall be inset fromexterior façade planes <strong>and</strong>/or adjoining exterior wall planes a minimum of twoinches to realize increased shade, shadow, <strong>and</strong> visual texture along the buildingface. Alternatively, windows shall be articulated by adjacent <strong>and</strong> adjoiningprojecting sills, jambs, heads, frames, <strong>and</strong>/or ornamental surrounds that projecta minimum of one inch from the exterior building plane. Curtain walls <strong>and</strong>storefronts shall incorporate mullions <strong>and</strong>/or vertical <strong>and</strong> horizontal dividers thatpermit glazing placement a minimum of two inches behind the plane of thecurtain wall, as measured from the exterior face of the mullions <strong>and</strong> dividers.Glazing at the ground plane <strong>and</strong> first level of buildings shall be clear, colorless,<strong>and</strong> transparent.
