<strong>Garden</strong> <strong>Grove</strong> Mixed Use ZonesZoning Ordinance Amendment1. In the CC-1 zone, no building stepback shall be required.2. In the CC-2 zone, building stepbacks shall be required pursuant to Figure9.18-9 (CC Maximum Height Limits <strong>and</strong> Required Building Stepbacks) for anynew <strong>development</strong> with a property line abutting Main Street, <strong>Garden</strong> <strong>Grove</strong>Boulevard, or Acacia Parkway <strong>and</strong> where a building will be located within 10feet of the subject street.3. In the CC-3 zone, building stepbacks shall be required pursuant to Figure9.18-9 (CC Maximum Height Limits <strong>and</strong> Required Building Stepbacks) for anynew <strong>development</strong> with a property line abutting <strong>Garden</strong> <strong>Grove</strong> Boulevard,Acacia Parkway, Main Street, Civic Center Drive, 8 th Street, 9 th Street, <strong>and</strong>Stanford Avenue east of Euclid Street <strong>and</strong> where a building will be locatedwithin 20 feet of the subject street. Where a building with frontage on asubject street is located more than 20 feet from the subject street, noadditional building stepback shall be required.4.
