<strong>Garden</strong> <strong>Grove</strong> Mixed Use ZonesZoning Ordinance Amendmentaddition, "non-adult-<strong>use</strong> business" means any business or establishment not included inSection 9.04.060 (Definitions).B. Floor Space Limitations. No more than 15 percent of total floor space area open tothe public of a non-adult-<strong>use</strong> business shall be devoted to adult merch<strong>and</strong>ise.C. Segregation of Adult Merch<strong>and</strong>ise. Retailers classified as non-adult-<strong>use</strong>establishments shall display adult merch<strong>and</strong>ise in an area of the business segregated<strong>and</strong> screened from the area <strong>use</strong>d for the sale <strong>and</strong> display of non-adult merch<strong>and</strong>ise.Screening may be accomplished with partitions or said adult materials may be displayedin separate rooms.D. Access by Minors. Non-adult-<strong>use</strong> establishments shall provide controls sufficient toprohibit access by persons under 18 years of age to areas screened or segregated forthe purpose of selling or displaying adult merch<strong>and</strong>ise.E. Certain Merch<strong>and</strong>ise Prohibited. Non-adult-<strong>use</strong> businesses shall not display ormerch<strong>and</strong>ise adult, sexually oriented implements <strong>and</strong> paraphernalia, including, but notlimited to: dildos, auto sucks, sexually oriented vibrators, edible underwear, benwaballs, inflatable orifices, anatomical balloons with orifices, simulated <strong>and</strong> batteryoperated vaginas, <strong>and</strong> similar sexually oriented devices.Section 9.18.050: Adult Entertainment Uses 58
