Garden Grove Mixed Use ZonesZoning Ordinance Amendmentconformance with the requirements set forth in Section 9.18.100.030.B(Pedestrian-Oriented Plazas).1. Permitted Uses. The required boulevard garden plaza may includelandscaped and paved areas, outdoor dining areas, public art display,fountains, or similar uses and amenities permitted in the applicable zone,including nonvehicular sales kiosks and outdoor dining.2. Minimum Area. A minimum of 25 percent of the boulevard garden plaza areashall be landscaped with live plant materials. Boulevard garden plazas shall be paved in high-quality materialssuch as pavers, stone or cobblestone, patterned or scored colored concrete,or similar durable materials. Plain and colored concrete and plain asphalt areprohibited.7. Other Requirement. The boulevard garden plaza area shall not be enclosedor obstructed by fencing or walls and shall be well integrated with the frontyard setback area, except as required for permitted outdoor dining areas.G.
