4. Pedestrian Walkways within Parking Areas.Garden Grove Mixed Use ZonesZoning Ordinance Amendmenta. Where parking areas are located between public sidewalks and buildings,publicly accessible amenity areas, and similar on-site uses, pedestrianwalkways shall be located to provide the most direct access from publicsidewalks to building entrances, publicly accessible amenity areas, andsimilar on-site uses.b. Where pedestrian walkways pass through parking areas, they shall bedifferentiated from parking areas using raised walkways, raised curbs,enhanced paving clearly differentiated from the parking area paving,and/or landscape buffers.c.
