The required boulevard garden plaza may includelandscaped and paved areas, outdoor dining areas, public art display,fountains, or similar uses and amenities permitted in the applicable zone,including nonvehicular sales kiosks and outdoor dining.2. Minimum Area. A minimum of 25 percent of the boulevard garden plaza areashall be landscaped with live plant materials.
