For waterproofing (IP66, NEMA Type 4X), ensure the unit has thewaterproof gasket installed prior to mounting. Waterproofing is notpossible when group-mounting several units in the horizontal fashion.2. Insert the Bulletin 900-TC32 through the hole in the panel from thefront. Recommended panel thickness is 1…5 mm.3. Push the mounting adapter along the Bulletin 900-TC32 body from theterminals up to the panel, and fasten temporarily.4. Tighten the two mounting screws on the adapter. When tighteningscrews, tighten the two screws alternately keeping the torque toapproximately 0.29…0.39 Nm (2.57…3.45 lb-in.).5. To allow heat to escape, do not block the area around theBulletin 900-TC32 <strong>Temperature</strong> <strong>Controller</strong>. (Ensure that enough spaceis left for the heat to escape.) Do not block the ventilation holes on thecasing.6. Allow as much space as possible between the Bulletin 900-TC32 anddevices that generate powerful high-frequency noise (e.g.,high-frequency welders, high-frequency sewing machines) or surges.7.
