Parameter Functions and Definitions 5-11AT Execute/CancelConditions of Use: The Bulletin 900-TC32 must be in operation (RUN), andcontrol must be 2-PID control.Function: This parameter allows you to initiate the controller’s AT(auto-tuning) function.When you initiate auto-tuning, the optimum PID parameters (ProportionalBand, Integral Time, and Derivative Time) for the current set point duringprogram execution are automatically configured by the controller forciblychanging the manipulated variable to calculate the characteristics of the controltarget.• Normally, the AT parameter is configured to off. If you press the Uor D keys, the parameter is turned ON and AT is executed by thecontroller.
